During the November/December 2020 lockdown, we carried out various improvements to our self catering cottages:

• We added a laptop friendly workspace off the dining area. This consists of a desk and a comfortable chair with arms.

  

• We’ve added bedside sockets, USB charging points, and bedside lights, in the second floor bedroom.

  

• • Our mason nas repointed the front garden walls and a section of the gable end wall.

  

• We’ve waterproofed, insulated, and boarded out part of the living room external wall.

  

We also had the safety certificates for our self catering cottages renewed. In doing so we discovered that the gas boiler had developed a water leak. The boiler was replaced by our plumber Jones The Pipe in January 2021. We have also replaced the external handrail because it deteriorated.
