Thank you for a wonderful weekend in your gorgeous Cottage. Very well equipped and lovely views of the sea, plus some unexpected sunshine, made our stay perfect – Buddy the Cockapoo loved it to! [paw mark]. Our two boys enjoyed the D Day museum down the road and Quiddles on the beach does amazing breakfasts. Well definitely be back.

Half term holiday with kids.. we enjoyed staying in this beautiful cottage that is like a home away from home.. this place has everything you need and more.. my kids loved staying here and we can’t wait to come back.. it’s so close to all amazing places Portland can offer.. I would highly recommend to stay in the place as not only is a perfect location but also has a great host who welcomed us with some local coffee, tea, milk and jam đŸ™‚Â

The Sea View Cottage is lovely and we enjoyed our stay, especially the terrrace. We had the perfect weather for our stay and could explore the Isle of Portland and the Jurassic Coast. We hope to return one day for another beautiful trip – this time with my sister and her husbandÂ đŸ™‚

We have had a fabulous week at Seaview Cottage. Graham very helpful & great ‘app’ explaining everyting and very helpful. We loved the clean, comfy cottage that had everything we needed. We loved expoloring beautiful Portland and all the surrounding Dorset beaches, lots of swimming! Thankyou for a lovely stay đŸ™‚

What a wonderful second visit to the cottage! Absolutely love it here, the perfect spot to recharge. The cottage (with the new sun deck) was ideal, the views, nights at the beach to watch the sun set. Can’t wait to come back. xxxx

Enjoyed the cottage and the views. Clean and comfortable is always a good combination. Recommend the buses (ask the driver, don’t buy the roamer ticket unless absolutely necessary). Good time had. Thanks.

Portland has not disappointed! Loved the quirky feel to the Isle. Weather superb, using public transport really enhanced seeing this lovely Island. So lucky we were able to make full use of the sun deck.

Lovely cottage with everything needed for a comfortable couple of nights. Great location and local amenities. Very clean and well equipped.

Only 1 minor thing is that the kettle needs descaling (or a water filter to fill it i.e. a Britta). Other than that- marvellousÂ đŸ™‚

No Reviews for a While – Sea View Cottage is Temporarily Closed

We’ve temporarily closed Sea View Cottage whilst we install a new child and dog secure sun deck and viewing platform at the rear of the cottage. This will measure approximately 5m x 3m, be home to new garden furniture and a new BBQ – and make a Great Stay an Even Better Stay!

A wonderful spot for a bit of post Christmas and New Year R + R. The cottage is spotlessly clean and well equipped. The weather was exhilarating – watching the waves crashing at Portland Bill and doging the rain on the 3 Lighthouses Walk. Thank you for a lovely stay. x

We all had a lovely new years break at Sea View Cottage. I (Amy) absolutely loved the view. The location was great for us to explore the rest of the island. The children and Logan both loved exploring at Portland Bill lighthouse and Rufus Castle. The Cottage had evrything we needed. Thank you so much.
