The Winter Season at Sea View Cottage is from 1st November to 31st March, excluding Christmas, New Year and the School Half Term Holidays. And we’ve already got some of the lowest prices around for winter breaks:
Sundays – £79.64/night
Mondays to Thursdays – £88.50/night
Fridays & Saturdays – £106.19/night
(Excluding £60.00 cleaning/ laundry charge)

Winters on the Isle of Portland can be very mild – did you know that we hardly ever get ground frost here? And as for snow, you can sometimes see it on the hills above Weymouth, but that’s usually as far South as it gets. In January and February 2022 we were outside building the new sun deck and were amazed how mild it was. And Spring starts early on the Isle of Portland, which is the reason for our great annual display of Echium Pininanas. And remember you can switch off your energy at home and use ours for a few days. But don’t forget to bring a few log nets if you want to toast yourselves by the log burner!
